When Brooklyn streetball legend, Raphael "Blade" Edwards, heard the NBA started a league in Africa, he saw an opportunity to further fortify his legacy. He partnered with 2 investors, travelled to South Africa, bought 6 local teams and merged them into the "Cape Town Tigers". He hazed them in NY basketball and carried the team to 2 champonships in 1 year in the country's most elite local leagues. This qualified the team for entry into the BAL, Africa's pro-league. A7 Studios gave the team it's brand, all the Zone-6 qualifier tournament signage, and a $2MM Investment Deck.
